Indication:
-When more calcium and Vitamin C are required e.g during pregnancy, breastfeeding, at times of rapid growth( childhood and puberty ) and by elderly people.
-To prevent calcium and vitamin C deficiencies.
To help combat cold and flu and during recovery from these illnesses.
Method and route of administration :
Adults and Children 7 years of age and older-the recommended dose is one effervescent tablet daily.
For children from 3 to 7 years of age: the recommended dose is 1/2 effervescent tablets daily.
