These are Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus sensu stricto, Bifidobacterium infantis and Lactobacillus reuteri. Containing no artificial flavours, colourants or preservatives, it is a great addition to your child’s diet and can be added to yogurt or cereal. Children aged 12 months to 5 years: Take half a teaspoon (1.5g) daily. Children aged 6 – 12 years: Take 1 teaspoon (3g) daily. For best results add to yogurt or sprinkle over cereal.
