Can I get a replacement on goods found out to be faulty?
Sure, IF immediately notified on delivery. However, if after the dispatcher has left or product has been taken out from our store and returned as faulty, we will neither replace nor refund.
The purchased product just doesn’t suit my need. Can I exchange it for something else?
Yes, the request should be raised up within 3 business days after your purchase date. We only give you ONE exchange. The second request will not be accepted.
Do you construct/renovate labs?

How can I make money with Allschoolabs?

9am – 5pm. Mondays – Fridays.

Where is your company address?
We have different offices for different purposes.
For Glasswares, Instruments and chemicals, we have our warehouse at Idumota Lagos. From this warehouse, we dispatch laboratory goods nationwide through our standby dispatchers. To support our warehouse distribution, we have walk-in offices at several points in the country for clients who may want to pick up or book appointments.
For Chemical analysis and product testing, we have two analytical centers. Please see the chemical analysis page for details.
When do I pay for my analysis?
Your choice actually.
But we will not commence analytical processes on your samples until deposit or full payment is received and we will not send results until balance or full payment is confirmed.
Can I get explanation on my results?
We do not modify or explain results obtained from our equipment. On request, a detailed explanation may be provided. Request for explanation via this form. Please note that explanation of results will cost you the sum of 10,000 naira only.
Are your chemical analysis result credible?
Well, You’d have to tell us. What I can tell you is that we analyze for most of the major institutions in the country.
Refunds on goods and lab analysis
No refunds basically. However, We offer refunds only on wrong or faulty supplies. Goods delivered in the manufacturer’s condition are not returnable.

How long will it take to get my results from analysis?
Within 24 hours – 5 business days except for GCMS tests
Once completed, you will receive your results in the email addresses specified in your application
Can I track the progress of my analysis?
Yes and yes, you can follow up on the progress of your work here
Can I get leftovers from samples I send for analysis?
No, we don’t due to the stress and logistics involved. We advise(d) ion our conditions for analysis page that you only forward samples that you can afford to lose. We also state(d) that If you must retrieve your samples from us, it will cost you the sum of #5000 only.

Your question has a simple answer.
Unit one is our brand new installation for analysis. It houses premium analytical equipments, and updated licenses. Unit two is our standard analytical center. I.e the standard center we operated before setting up Unit one. Unit three is an alternative to unit one but with only a few equipment,
We advise researchers and students doing serious academics to opt in for unit one or three equipment as they have been proven to give the best outputs.
You can see samples of all three Units here
Please note that we do not have all the equipment on our chemical analysis page in all three units. Hence, you will have to choose which unit to run what analysis. Sharing your analysis between two or more units may cause you delay.

Are there any Dos and Donts I should know of for the chemical(s) I bought?
Yes there are.
Every chemical is peculiar but we have listed some common dos and donts. We think if you do these few, you wouldnt have any problems.
What elements/compounds can your gas analyzer detect?
We have a gas analyzer and GCMS.
Our gas analyzer can detect the following gases.
CO2
NOX
H2S
Methane
My sample(s) is not up to the required Mg/Ml. What do I do?
Don’t worry about it. Just send what is available. We would see to making the most of what is available.
Why are some of my SEM images white and others very sharp?
This happens rarely. We found out that it is sample caused. Remember that same equipment ran the brighter images too. Well, we often do a rerun; setting the image for an enhance. However, Most times its the same.
Please sir how many heating rate do you usually do?
well the heating rates is dependent on you. 5,10,15,20, etc however each heating rate is charged separately. Our default heating rate for TGA analysis is 10C/min
Can both be done by titration. In case you can do it there. Otherwise, send to Allschoolabs at N14,000 for both.

Hello, For samples with fibre, can TGA/DTA be run on the dried samples without crushing?
For every TGA/DTA, it’s a destruction process.
You can send the fiber without crushing. Crushing is not important at all
