Here are some of the final project processes we conduct regularly.
1. Processing of Pet Bottles into powder of 50 microns
How we Process
- Gather Polyethylene Terephthalate(PET) bottles.
- Peel off wrappers from bottles.
- Unscrew caps and trash.
- Trash top parts and Base. Caps and Bases can also be crushed to nanoparticles but the process is different to this.
- Cut Into Bits.
- Put into Pot.
- Melt between 100 – 150 degrees.
- Allow to cool.
- Break into sizable chunks using a hammer.
- Send to Allschoolabs for crushing. Our equipment can crush to exact micron sizes.

2. Processing of Bamboo sticks to Powder as Biomass for Biogas Production
VIDEO Link: Youtube
How to Process
- Fell neat lengths of bamboo sticks
- Clean and remove unwanted attachments
- Using a saw, slice into chunks
- Using a crusher, crush to smaller fine
- Using a mechanical grinder, grind to fine powder

3. Processing of Leaves and Seeds into Fine powder
This process is the commonest and easiest. Find it explained Here
