Our snap-lock system is used for solid dosage with a market-leading closure, security system. Containers produced by injection blow moulding/blow moulding. The main container is manufactured in HDPE and the closure system is made from LDPE. The whole system is manufactured in cleanroom conditions.

Ready-to-fill (RTF) vials are produced to stringent quality criteria and subsequently sterilised to eliminate the need for post-production preparatory processes such as washing, drying and sterilising that usually take place at the pharmaceutical manufacturing site immediately before the drug is filled.

These vials are made from virgin medical-grade polypropylene plastic, which complies with the regulations in European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) and US Pharmacopoeia (USP). The standard colour is natural, but a colour masterbatch can be added ? for example, amber-dyed for light/UV-sensitive formulations per some oncological products.
