Acular Eye Drops is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) in the form of eye drops. It is used to relieve pain, itching, and burning in the eyes caused by certain conditions such as seasonal allergy conjunctivitis, corneal abrasions, and post-operative inflammation. The active ingredient in the eye drops is ketorolac tromethamine, which works by blocking the production of certain natural substances that cause pain and inflammation. Each bottle contains 5ml of the medication. It is recommended to apply one to two drops in the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor, usually, every 4 to 6 hours as needed. It?s important to not touch the dropper tip to any surface, including your eyes or hands, to avoid contamination of the solution.
