How to use:
1. Twist off the capsule tip.
2. Squeze liquid into food, drink or formula. Directions for use: One capsule per day with food. Twist off the capsule and squeeze the contents into food. Capsules are not to be swallowed or fed to children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult your child's doctor or pharmacist if your child is on any medication or if your child has any medical condition before starting supplementation. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced and varied diet.
