Bacteria DNA Purification Kit – 50 Prep
The Omni Bacteria DNA Purification Kit contains silica based spin-capture columns and nontoxic reagents. The optimized reagents are designed specifically for genomic DNA extraction from up to 1 X 109bacteria cells. After sample lysis the DNA is purified through spin-column capture in less than 20 minutes. Genomic DNA purified using the Omni Bacteria DNA Kit is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, southern blots and restriction enzyme digestion.
