Gaviscon Advance Original Aniseed Liquid

Gaviscon Advance Original Aniseed Liquid   A high-strength aniseed flavoured suspension providing fast relief of acid reflux and heartburn associated with indigestion. Working by forming a protective layer across the stomach contents, which prevents acid reflux up the oesophagus, which causes pain and discomfort. Dosage: For oral use. Adults, the elderly and children 12 years or over take 5-10ml after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years: Should only be taken on medical advice. If symptoms persist after 7 days consult your doctor. Gaviscon Advance is suitable to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but you should always consult your doctor before taking any sort of medicine during pregnancy. Contains: Sodium alginate 500mg and Potassium bicarbonate 100mg per 5ml dose. Caution: Not suitable for children under 12 years. Consult your doctor before taking it on a low-sodium diet.
