A hydro barograph is a scientific instrument used to measure changes in atmospheric pressure over time. It consists of a barometer, which measures the pressure, and a mechanism that records the pressure changes on a rotating drum or chart. The drum or chart is usually coated with a special ink that responds to changes in pressure and records the changes as a trace.
