Neon is supplied without seat pads giving you the freedom to select the most appropriate upholstery element for your work environment (please see tab ?Seat Materials? for help in selection). The 1+1 system makes child?s play of the change of upholstery: the upholstery elements are simply placed on the chair and fixed with a click. To make the removal of the element as easy as possible, each upholstery element is provided with a little grip Available in four colourways, two different back rest mechanism types and two heights, you are sure to find a chair that is right for you. Features: Highly ergonomic and comfortable lab chair that is designed for extended and demanding use. Tapered backrest with wider support in the lumbar region where you need it most. The cut away towards the top gives you the freedom to reach to your side without movement being restricted. Made to last ? each chair is supplied with a 10 year warranty for ultimate peace of mind Choice of heights for low, mid and tall benches? Seat width is 470mm, and depth is adjustable between 620 ? 680 mm Backrest height is 570mm Base diameter is 700mm Synchronous or permanent contact backrest mechanism (see below for further information) Neon 1 is supplied with glides, Neon 2 with Casters and Neon 3 with glides (but the option to upgrade to stop&go castors). Many components are replaceable meaning you wont have to purchase an entire new chair should something wear out Backrest Mechanisms: The Neon has a choice of two backrest mechanism types and the most suitable depends on the type of work you are performing. Permanent Contact follows the user?s movements, and ensures that the back always remains fully supported. The weight regulation ensures that the balance between the resistance of the backrest and the body weight is always steady. The permanent contact backrest is ideal for work where people have to have to lean forward for a long time, with only a small distance between eyes and workpiece (e.g. working at close range or in the laboratory). Synchronous provides an active-dynamic sitting experience with weight regulation. The seat and backrest accompany the body as it moves. This gives the user a feeling that can best be described as ?weightless floating?. The synchronous technology comes into its own where users are working at desk-related jobs, working at a screen, or constantly changing their sitting position. Options: Choice for four colours ? blue, orange, green and grey Choice of two backrest mechanisms ? permanent contact and synchronous Choice of three base models Neon 1 ? 450 ? 620mm high with glides Neon 2 - 450 ? 620mm high with castors Neon 3 ? 590 ? 870mm high with glides Choice of four seatpad types (to be purchased separately) Integral Foam Magic synthetic leather Duotec fabric Supertec Additional extras available for purchase include 4D arm rests, footring, an upgrade from glides to stop and go castors for neon 3 and choice of hard and soft floor castors.
