Glass Barrel 10,000ml, lid and stopcock

Vintage laboratory container made of laboratory glass with high resistance to shocks and temperatures: all components are made of borosilicate glass 3.3, popularly known as pyrex glass. It is manufactured in the Czech Republic by Simax.

The tap is made of glass with a ground glass joint: male 29/32. It can be removed and replaced for easy cleaning. Clamps are available to reinforce the male-female ground glass joint. In case of breakage, a spare part is available.

The lid is also made of glass with a solid ball on top to make it easier to grip. Made of boron glass. It does not have an airtight fit. The wide top mouth allows the addition of solids such as fruits, flowers, leaves, spices, herbs, and other decorative elements or to make a tisane, infusion, decoction, or maceration.

It can be cleaned by autoclaving and withstands temperatures up to 500 ?C, although care should be taken to avoid sudden changes in temperature.
Not resistant to direct flame or fire.
