Please ensure that you have understood our conditions for Medical Testing before you proceed as we will not respond to any misunderstanding cleared on this page

Terms & Conditions for Testing

• Completion

  Depending on the medical testing, your test will be completed within 5 days – 2 weeks after receipt of payment.

• Testing

  Allschoolabs do not conduct solely all the tests listed here, some we carry out in alliance with credible medical facilities.

• Sample Results

  Unlike other medical laboratories, we have uploaded results samples on this page (Testing)..

• Payment Term

  We accept 100% payment before testing. Please note that we do not send part results on part payment. To pay for your analysis, Click here

• Results

  Results will be forwarded to the email(s) specified in your application. Results not collected after 21 days will be lost with no refund.

• Refund

  There is NO REFUND for the tests already conducted. If you feel otherwise, please fill out the form below

  Updates

  Please DO NOT fill this form more than once for the same request. Doing so will cancel your application. On submission of this form, your refunds claim will pass a process of validation and will be automatically credited to your bank account.

• Interpretation of Results

  We would assign your request for interpretation to an analyst with the best understanding of your work. Please submit a request here.

• Sample Return

  We DO NOT return samples. 

• Sample Thrashing

  Samples will be trashed upon completion of analysis 

• Referral

• Results Format

  We have uploaded major result samples on our sample result page. Please note that your result will come in the same features and file format. If you’d like another format, you may use free conversion tools as smallpdf

• Support

  We provide full support for testing from the date of testing counting to 7 days afterwards. We do not provide support for testing that was conducted and completed 7 days from date of tests.

• Dispatch

  Samples that are not sent to hub but to bus parks will be picked up by dispatchers, the client bearing the cost as billed by the dispatch rider/company. Request a Dispatcher to pick up your samples to our hub – 09017705105

• Complaints

  All complaints and feedback should be submitted to [email protected]. Libels, threats and defamations are in breach of our terms of service and will result in the immediate termination of all testing processes.

• We will not take questions already cleared on this page.

• The moment we receive your samples at any of our hubs, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp. We will also reach out to you IF we need clarity regarding your tests. If we don’t, you have no issues. This means that your tests is in progress and you could expect results soon. To check the status of your tests, go here
