20,000ml Woulff Bottle with Glass Stopper & Stopcock

Large container for dispensing water, flower waters, oils, essential oils, juices, soft drinks, beverages, teas and infusions.

Vintage style laboratory container, made of high impact and temperature resistant glass: borosilicate glass 3.3, popularly known as pyrex glass. Manufactured in the Czech Republic by Simax.

All parts are made of high quality borosilicate glass.

The stopcock has a standard 29/32 ground joint. Can be removed and replaced for easy cleaning. Clamps are available to reinforce the male-female ground joint, and we recommend the use of suitable grease to assist the jointing of the seals, as well as for the handling of fitting and removal. The plug is not solid, with a 50/42 male ground glass gasket, i.e. 50 mm diameter and 42 mm high. The fit is airtight.

It can be cleaned by autoclaving and withstands temperatures up to 500 ?C, although care must be taken to avoid sudden changes in temperature. It is not resistant to flame contact or direct fire.
