Electrically heated multiplace baths with fixed temperature for boiling water. Fitted with 4 concentric ringed lids to vary the hole size to accommodate different vessel sizes. Using steam is an effective heat source for samples that could be damaged by a naked flame. The water bath can be used to distil or concentrate liquids as well as melt solids. This Clifton water bath has a constant level device to maintain the water level whilst its boiling. Has a sheathed immersion element with a resettable cut-out safety feature. Features: Number of holes in bath lid is 6. Each with a maximum hole diameter of 80mm. In each aperture a 4 ring set is fitted. Centre ring - removed, aperture 30mm diameter hole. Ring 1 - removed, aperture 42mm diameter hole. Ring 2 - removed, aperture 58mm diameter hole. Ring 3 - removed, maximum diameter 80mm hole. All baths have an integral constant level device to regulate the level of the water. Supplied with concentric ringed lids to vary the diameter holes. Smooth walled tank making it easy to clean and de-scale. Each bath is uniquely identified with its own serial number recorded on our product database, which includes all of its manufacturing inspection data.
