Description
Acetochlor Rapid Test Kit????
Pinciple
Acetochlor rapid test kit is based on lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is little Acetochlor in the sample, a visible T band will appear; T band is invisible if it has more Acetochlor in the sample. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of Acetochlor in the fruit, vegetables, grains, milk sample.

Sample Preparation????????? ????????????????????????????????????
Take 5?05g of the homogenized sample, add 5mL deionized water, then add
5mL ethyl acetate , shake for 5min properly.
Centrifuge at above 4000 r/min at room temperature (20-25 _) for 10 min.
Transfer 3mL supernatant, evaporate to dryness by nitrogen at 50~60 _.
Dissolve the dry residue in 200uL PBS solution , mix for 30s.
Take 80?L for analysis.

Sample Determination?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Take out the cassette from the pack and place it horizontally.
Return to room temperature (20-25_), determine the cassette immediately.
Add 2 drops(Approx 80?L) sample extraction, react for 5-10 min and read result.
?
Positive: The presence of ?C? band, no matter ?T?
It means that Acetochlor in the sample extraction is higher than 50ppb.
Negative: Both clear?C? band and ?T? band appears.
It means that Acetochlor in the sample extractionis lower than 50ppb .
Invalid: No colored band appears in C zone, no matter whether T band
appears.
