Indication/Usage
Maintenance bronchodilator treatment to relieve symptoms associated w/ COPD.

Dosage and Administration
Adult 1 inhalation once daily at the same time each day.

Warning and Precautions
Not recommended in patients w/ asthma. Not for the relief of acute symptoms ie, rescue therapy for the treatment of bronchospasm.

Discontinue use if paradoxical bronchospasm occurs. Severe CV disease; narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention.

Pregnancy & lactation. Children <18 yr. Contraindication Severe milk-protein allergy. Requires prescription? Yes Storage Conditions Store at temperatures not exceeding 30?C. ? If stored in the refrigerator, allow the inhaler to return to room temperature for at least an hour before use. ? Following removal from the tray, the product may be stored for a maximum period of 6 weeks. ? Write the date the inhaler should be discarded on the label in the space provided.
