This thermometer is pocket size to go with you everywhere and is easy to use. The RAYMTFSU Infrared Food Thermometer has laser sighting to pinpoint the target temperature taking area of the food and reads surface temperatures quickly. The backlit LCD display is easy to read and a hold function freezes the displayed temperature reading.
