Concomitant use of aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), other antiplatelet drugs, warfarin, and other anticoagulants may add to this risk.Warning 3Hyponatremia may occur as a result of treatment with SNRIs and SSRIs, including sertraline HCl.
