How to use Nasivion Saline Nasal Drops :

Gently blow your nose using a handkerchief or tissue
Choose a sitting posture and tilt your head back as far as possible or opt for a lying-down posture with the head tilted backward or comfortably arched over the edge of the bed
Invert the bottle over the affected nostril
Allow 2-3 drops to fall and spread inside the nose
Repeat the same steps for the other nostril
After use, securely replace the cap to maintain product integrity
