Bleeding

Impaired liver function
This medicine is known to increase the liver enzymes, therefore, should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver function.

Impaired kidney function
This medicine may increase the risk of bleeding in patients with severe impaired kidney function. Dose adjustments are to be made if CrCl is less than 30 ml/min.

Percutaneous coronary revascularisation procedures
This medicine should be used with caution to minimize the risk of bleeding in patients who had undergone surgical procedures to treat unstable angina, myocardial infarction.

Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia
This medicine should be used with caution in patients with the history of heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia. Discontinue the treatment if the platelet levels are below 1 lakh cells/cubic mm.
