INTRODUCTION
NEBZMART containlycopyrronium which belongs to aroup of medicine called anticholinergics. It is used for maintenance treatment of COPD. COPD is a long-term (chronic) lung disease that include chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or both. It relaxes the muscles around the airways in your lungs and prevent symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, chest tightness?and shortness of breath. It should be taken 2 times each day to improve symptoms of COPD for better breathing and is intended for long-term use.
It is not used to treat sudden or acute symptoms of COPD. Always have a short-acting beta2-agonist medicine (rescue inhaler) with you to treat sudden symptom of COPD. If you do not have a rescue inhaler, contact your healthcare providers to have one prescribed for you.
This medicine is strictly not recommended for use in children and adolescents below the age of 18 years. The common side effects are shortness of breath, and urinary tract infections. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

HOW NEBZMART WORKS
NEBZMART works by blocking the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This help the muscle around the lung stay relaxed and reduce COPD symptom such as coughing, chest tightness?and shortness of breath.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always take NEBZMART exactly as your doctor has told you. Take this medicine two times each day (morning and evening) at the same time each day. Do not inject or swallow the medicine.
SIDE EFFECTS OF NEBZMART
SERIOUS
Serious allergic reactions (symptoms includes rash, hives, swelling of the tongue, lips, and face, difficulty breathing or swallowing)
Acute narrow-anglelaucoma (symptoms includes eye pain or discomfort, red eyes, blurred vision, seeing halos or bright colors around lights, nausea, or vomiting)

Urinary tract infections
HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS
Nausea and Vomiting:
Try taking this medicine with, or just after, a meal or snack and stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy food.
Eye pain:
Place a cold washcloth over your closed eyes two to three times a day for five minutes.

PREGNANCY
NEBZMART should be used with caution in pregnant women. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
BREASTFEEDING
NEBZMART should be used with caution in breast feeding women. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
KIDNEY
NEBZMART should be used with caution in patients suffering from active kidney diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.
LIVER
NEBZMART should be used with caution in patients suffering from liver function impairment or active liver diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.
ALLERGY
Do not take NEBZMART if you are allergic (hypersensitive) tolycopyrronium or any other ingredients in this medicine.
LUNGS
NEBZMART should be used with caution in patients suffering from active lung diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.
OTHERS
Tell your doctor, if you:
Have eye problems such aslaucoma
Have prostate or bladder problems, or problems passing urine

Talk to your doctor if you are taking,
Anticholinergics such as umeclidinium, tiotropium, ipratropium, aclidinium (used to treat lung disease)
