INTRODUCTION

Deficiency of carnitine leads to encephalopathy (severe brain dysfunction), cardiomyopathy (weakened and enlarged heart), vomiting, confusion, muscle weakness and decreased blood sugar levels. Levocarnitine syrup boosts the level of endogenous carnitine andive your body more energy.
