Online Enrollment Procedure

  • Go to the corporate website of NECO: NCEE Registration Page
  • Using your email address and phone number, create an online account.
  • Open the account using the email.
  • Using a CARD, BANK BRANCH, USSD, INTERNET BANKING, WALLET, or eNAIRA, make a payment into the NECO TSA. Note: It is best to stay away from bank transfers.
  • Input the applicant’s biographical information and attach a passport-sized photo.
  • As verification of registration, print the picture card.

Crucial Information:

  • The NCEE is paid for via the NECO portal.
  • After an online applicant is registered, changes to the examination center, name, or passport will not be accepted.
  • Depending on the Federal Unity Colleges’ carrying capacities, candidates who select overcrowded colleges may be assigned to alternate institutions.
