AKSU Postgraduate Entrance Form

AKSU 2024/2025 postgraduate entrance form.

Akwa Ibom State University invites suitable applicants for its 2024/2025 postgraduate programs. All postgraduate candidates must meet University matriculation standards.

Online application forms may be accessible for a fee of ₩20,000.00 (twenty thousand Naira) excluding fees. Follow these steps:

1. Visit www.aksu.edu.ng/pg
2. Click “Start Now”.
3. Select “ENROL”
4. Pick Postgraduate
5. Enter phone number
6. Enter the last six digits of your phone number from page 5.
7. Enter surname, first name, other names, birthdate, gender, and marital status.
8. Click card to pay NGN20,700.00 using debit card.
9. After payment
   • Follow 1-5
   • Fill out the online registration form.
   • Print completed form
   • The following documents must be scanned and uploaded:
     • SSC or similar
     • Degree/HND/OND PGD/PGDE (M.Sc. candidates only)
     • PhD candidates only: M.Sc./M.A/M.Ed./MBA
     • NYSC(discharge/exemption/exclusion)
     • Birth Certificate Origin Certificate
10. Click SUBMIT after completing the form.
11. Print Registration Registration confirmation slip

NOTE:

1. Akwa Ibom State University does not accept part-time Academic Matriculation applicants.
2. Send the printed form and credentials in an envelope to: The Secretary of the School of Postgraduate Studies at Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin LGA, PMB 1167 Uyo.
3. Application forms must be returned with a School of Postgraduate Studies Proposal Sheet for the thesis/dissertation. Proposals should contain Title, Aim/Objectives, S Methodology Relevance, Expected Results, etc.
4. When purchasing forms, candidates should request that necessary academic transcripts are sent to The Secretary, Scho Postgraduate Studies, Akwa Ibom State University, P.M.B. 1167, Uyo, Akwa Ibom. The admission form’s email address should also receive completed reference forms. Without transcripts and reference documents, admission is denied.
5. Validate all email addresses.
6. Upload and submit accurate information to prevent disqualification.

By October 31, 2024, all completed application forms, uploaded credentials, and payment receipts must be submitted online.
