- Original “O” Level Statement of Results, officially signed by the principal.
- “O” Level Scratch Card for NBAIS, NECO, WAEC, and NABTEB.
- Result Slips for JAMB and DE Registration for 2023.
- Original or photocopies of the qualifications.
- Refund for payment of N2,000 (two thousand naira) for screening admission.
