In addition, the user can program the operating time for unattended operation, through a second digital display. When time expires, stirring will be stopped automatically. An illuminated back panel simplifies the observation of the samples, whilst height adjustment option for the stirring blades during operation increases its capabilities. What is JAR TESTING? Jar testing is a pilot-scale test of the treatment chemicals used in a particular water plant. In few words, it simulates the coagulation/flocculation process in a water treatment plant, helping the operator in the determination of the right amount of treatment chemicals, and, thus, in improving the plant’s performance. Jar testing entails adjusting the amount of chemicals and their sequence in which they are added. The sample requires to be stirred so that the formation, development, and settlement of floc can be watched just as it would be in the fullscale treatment plant. The operator then performs a series of tests to compare the effects of different amounts of flocculation agents at different pH values to determine the right size floc. Few operations are required for a correct test: For each water sample, usually raw water, a number of beakers (jars) are filled with the same amounts of water sample Each beaker is treated with different doses of chemical; other parameters may be altered besides dosage, including chemical types, mixing rate, aeration level/time, filtration type, etc. Then, by comparing the final water quality in each beaker, the effect of the different treatment parameters can be determined and the best formula can be reproduced on large scaleSku: 1701821445-372

Description Florfenicol Test Kit Principle Florfenicol rapid test kit is based on lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is little Florfenicol in the sample, a visible T band will appear; T band is invisible if it has more Florfenicol in the sample. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of Florfenicol in the tissue, honey, egg, milk , fish sample. Technical Specification Detect limit: 0.1ppb Reaction temperature: 25℃ Detect time: 60min. Materials provided Rapid Test Card 20PCS PBS solution 50mL Materials required not provided Deionized water, Ethyl acetate Centrifuge tube: 5mL, 10mL Micropipettors: 20~200 µL, 100~ 1000 µL Vortex, centrifuge, balance (0.01 g), homogenizer, shaker Sample Preparation Take 5 ±05 g of the homogenized sample, add 5mL deionized water, then add 5mL ethyl acetate , shake for 5min properly. Centrifuge at above 4000 r/min at room temperature (20-25 ℃) for 10 min. Transfer 3mL supernatant, evaporate to dryness by nitrogen at 50~60 ℃. Dissolve the dry residue in 200uL PBS solution , mix for 30s. Take 80µL for analysis. Sample Determination Take out the cassette from the pack and place it horizontally. Return to room temperature (20-25℃), determine the cassette immediately. Add 2 drops(Approx 80µL) sample extraction, react for 5-10 min and read result. Result Judgement Positive: The presence of “C” band, no matter “T” It means thatFlorfenicol in the sample extraction is higher than 50ppb. Negative: Both clear“C” band and “T” band appears. It means that Florfenicol in the sample extractionis lower than 50ppb . Invalid: No colored band appears in C zone, no matter whether T band appears. Note For best results, please strictly adhere to these instructions. All reagents must be at room temperature before running the assay. Do not remove test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use. Do not reuse the test kit. Do not use the test beyond its expiration date marked on the foil pouch. The components in this kit have been quality control tested as standard batch unit. Do not mix components from different lot numbers. Storage and expiry date Store at 4-30 °C for 12 months in the dark. Do not freeze. Expiry date is labelled on the package.Sku: 1701821426-369

Description CS-iTEC FLOW DIRECTONAL SWITCH FOR COMPRESSED AIR AND GASES The thermal mass flow direction switch S 409 allows the detection of an existing flow and the direction of the flow. It can be used in compressed air and non-corrosive gases. The sensor element is very robust and completely of stainless steel. Through a 1/2” G-type ball valve the switch can be inserted into the pipe under pressure. The flow and direction information is output through 2 normally open relay switches. This signals can be transferred to the CS flow sensor to activate and deactivate the flow measurement depending on the flow direction. Application Connection of S 330 to S 450 via flow switch Connection of S 330 to two S 400 with flow switch Product Features Detects smallest changes <0.1 m/s referred to 20 °C and 1000 mbar No mechanical wear parts Easy installation under pressure All parts which are in contact with flow medium are made of stainless steel Technical data Technical data S 409 Detection range 0.1 … 185 Nm/s Sensor 2 x Pt 1000 Medium air, gases Medium humidity <100% (no condensation) Medium temp. -20 … 80 ºC Ambient temp. -20 … 70 ºC Operating pressure 0 … 16 bar Power supply 24 VDC, 60 mA Output 2 x Relay, 60V, 1A Process connection 1/2” G typeSku: 1701821410-366
