Shake the inhaler well.
Remove the cap from the mouthpiece.
Breathe out slowly and fully.
Hold the inhaler upright, with the mouthpiece pointing down.
Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and close your lips tightly around it.
As you start to breathe in slowly, press down on the top of the inhaler to release a puff of medication.
Continue to breathe in slowly and deeply until your lungs are full.
Remove the inhaler from your mouth and hold your breath for as long as you can comfortably.
Breathe out slowly.
