Drugfield Betadrone-N Eye/Ear Drops ? 10ml is Indicated for short time treatment of inflammatory conditions of the eye and ear and also for allergic conjunctivitis and bacterial infections of the external ear. It contains Betamethasone which has topical corticosteriod activity and hence reduce inflammation (redness, itching and soreness). Neomycin sulphate prevents the development of bacterial infections.
