Calpol? contains paracetamol, it can be used to relieve pain and fever as well as cold and flu symptoms. It is strawberry flavoured, sugar free and gentle on the stomach. Directions For Use The following dosages are suitable for children between the ages of 6-12 years, they can be given up to 4 times in 24 hours:
6-8 years:
One 5ml spoonful
8-10 years:
One 5ml & One 2.5ml spoonful
10-12 years:
Two 5ml spoonfuls
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
This may also be used in people above the age of 12, doses are as follows:
12-16 years:
Two-Three 5ml spoonfuls
Over 16 years:
Two-Four 5ml spoonfuls
Shake the bottle well before use.
