It is used for the treatment of  acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by elevated mucus production.

Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine
Directions for use
Adult recommended dose is 15 to 30mg/day.
Children: 7.5mg/day.
