It is a medical protection material production company introduced by the Shiyan City People’s Government and the Yunyang District People’s Government. The project plans a total investment of RMB 280 million , total area of 100,000 square meters and total construction area of 100,000 square meters. It mainly produces medical face masks, surgical face masks, isolation gown, surgical gown, protective coverall, non woven swab, gauze lap sponge, surgical gauze dressing, nurse bouffant cap, mob cap, disposable shoe cover, PE gloves (EVA copolymer gloves) etc..
There are 20 automatic production lines for face masks, more than 500 sets of isolation gown & protective coverall production equipment and more than 6,000 square meters of a 100,000-level clean workshop, a microbiological test room (including a positive control room. A microorganism room and a sterile room) was constructed simultaneously, and 20 non-woven fabrics and meltblown fabric production lines will be built in future.
