How to use

Shake well before use
Directions
Children (1-2 years): 1/2 a teaspoonful twice daily.
Children (3-12 years): 1 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily.
Adults (men and women): 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
During menstruation or pregnancy, one to two teaspoonfuls two times daily is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Feroglobin-B12? can be continued for as long as required.
