Operating Steps:
1.After collecting whole blood, 180°flip PRP
tube up and down for 8-10 times and mix well;
2.Place in a centrifuge and centrifuge at 2500g for 15-20min (pay attention balance);
★After centrifugation, the various components of the blood are separated, RBC is completely isolated below the separation gel, and
PLT is concentrated above the separation gel;
3.Place the test tube on the test tube rack and let it stand for 5 minutes. Gently extract an appropriate amount of upper layer
platelet deficient plasma (PPP) with a syringe, leaving 1-2ml of PRP as the standard;
4.Invert the PRP tube 180 ° up and down again for about 20 times, and thoroughly mix the PRP inside the tube;
5.Invert the blood collection vessel so that PRP is concentrated at the opening position, select a syringe and PRP transfer needle
as needed, invert to extract platelet rich plasma (PRP).
