Panthenol, or pro-vitamin B5 is a well-established moisturizer known not only to hydrate the skin, but to also have powerful skin soothing, barrier strengthening and wound healing properties. This formula combines 5% Panthenol with Allantoin and NMF components to further increase both the hydrating and the soothing abilities of the toner.

Who is it for?
Anyone who likes to use a hydrating toner. We especially recommend Liquid Hydration, if your skin prefers multiple, light hydrating layers, is prone to dehydration, or is sensitive, or you are using strong actives (e.g. anti-acne such as benzoyl peroxide or anti-aging such as tretinoin) known to dry the skin or compromise the skin barrier.

How to use it?
After cleansing, apply toner morning and/or evening using a cotton pad or pouring product into your hands. Smooth over skin and follow with the rest of your routine.
If you also use a liquid exfoliant (such as Smooth Out, Cheer Up or Calm Down), we recommend to start with the exfoliant and follow with the toner. If you use C-Glow with Liquid Hydration, we recommend to start with C-Glow and follow with Liquid Hydration.
