INTRODUCTION
HALLENS INFANT (1G) contains Glycerin ensures evacuation of lower bowel within minutes and helps in the treatment of constipation. It acts as a stimulant laxative for short term treatment of constipation and for emptying the bowel.
Glycerin is a mild irritant which increases the frequency of bowel movement by stimulating the bowel muscles to contract. These contractions help to move stools and makes passing them out of the body.
Always use this medicine as directed by physician. Do not swallow. Do not take HALLENS INFANT (1G) if you suffer from a blocked bowel or an abdominal problem. Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney and heart problems. Tell your doctor if you are taking or taken or might take any other medicines. The most common side effects include sudden wheeziness and tightness of chest, swelling of eyelids, face or lips, skin limps or hives, skin rash (red spots), itchiness, fever and collapse.
