Electric heating mantles incorporate a heating element suspended within a ceramic fiber insulating material for safe heat transfer. Mantles have built-in power controllers. Maximum temperature is 842°F (450°C). Two neon lights indicate “power on” and “heat on”. The casing is made of spun metal and painted with a corrosion-resistant coating. Operates on 220 V AC.
