ONLY by DEEP INTRAMUSCULAR in the epaxial (lumbar) muscels in the third through fifth lumbar region. DO NOT ADMINISTER AT ANY OTHER SIDE

REMARKS
Storage condition: Stored upright at 15-25 oC (cold temperature)
After reconstitution: Stored under refrigerated condition and kept from light in the original packaging for 24 hours.
