Lyclear Spray is formulated with 98% mineral oils, which dehydrate the lead lice and eggs via solubilisation of the natural waxes of the epicuticle. It also has 4% dimethicone which suffocates the lice by blocking their trachea and spiracles. This treatment is effective in one go and is suitable from 6 months of age.
