Ingredients
Coating (Hypromellose, Glycerin), Tableting Sugar (Sucrose, Maltodextrin), Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

Directions

Take 1 serving (1 tablet) with a glass of water, 1 to 2 times daily. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
