N ZOLE 50MG INJECTION contains Nandrolone which belongs to the group of medicines called Anabolic steroids. It is used to treat osteoporosis in post-menopausal women, certain types of anemia, breast cancer (in women). It can also be used to treat patients on long-term corticosteroids.
Osteoporosis is a medical condition that makes the bones thin and weak. It usually occurs in women after menopause when there is reduced production of estrogen in the body. Anemia is a condition in which there is a lack of enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to the body?s tissues. Breast cancer is a condition where some breast cells begin to grow abnormally.
Your doctor might ask you to take blood tests at regular intervals to check the oxygen-carrying substance in your red blood cells (haemoglobin).
Before receiving N ZOLE 50MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you have or ever had breast cancer that has spread to the bones, kidney or lung cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or migraine.

N ZOLE 50MG INJECTION works by rebuilding tissues that have become weak because of continuing illness or serious injury. It can thus increase bone mass and stimulate the formation of red blood cells in the bone marrow.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
N ZOLE 50MG INJECTION will be administered only by a doctor or a nurse deeply into a muscle (in the buttock, upper leg, or upper arm region). Your physician will administer the correct dose and duration for you according to your age, body weight, and disease condition.

COMMON

Swelling of legs, ankle or feet

Nausea:

HEART DISEASE

OTHERS

Porphyria (an inherited blood disorder)

INTERACTIONS

Medicines used to treat diabetes (Ex. insulin, glimepiride, metformin)

Erythropoietin (used to treat anemia)

Medicines used to reduce the clotting of the blood (Ex. warfarin, rivaroxaban)
