This milk drink is not for children who are lactose intolerant (not able to digest lactose sugar in milk)

How to use Nestle Lactogrow Biscuity & Vanilla Flavour Milk Drink :

Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it become warm?
Mix 7 scoops (33.5g) to 210ml of warm water until the powder gets fully mixed and dissolved
Mixing the powder with hot water at more than the body temperature may not provide the benefits of probiotics
It tastes delicious with milk, add a scoop (4.78g)
Recommended 2 servings per day along with a variety of healthy foods like cereals, pulses, fruits & vegetables
