O.R.S contains an electrolyte mix which replenishes the body’s fluid levels when added to water. O.R.S Hydration Tablets follow the World Health Organisation guidelines for low osmolarity.
For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink.
3-6 years:?Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of bodyweight in small sips.
Sports & Exercise:?Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
