Olfen 100 is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat mild to moderate pain in conditions like migraine headache, osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and menstrual cramps

Indicated for the following
? joint, muscle or tendon pain ?
? attacks of gout; a common form of inflammatory arthritis that is very painful ?
? pain and swelling after surgery ?
? sprains, strains, dislocations and fractures and other injuries ?
? gynecology problems such as period pain ?

Other Essential Uses (Important points to note)
Inflammatory & degenerative, articular & extra-articular rheumatic disorders of muscles, joints, joint capsules, synovial bursae, tendons, synovial sheaths & spine. Ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue rheumatism, bursitis, tendovaginitis, tendinitis, lumbago, sciatica, cervical syndrome. Acute gout attack. Non-rheumatoid inflammatory pain.

Note:
Olfen 100 Sr cannot be used to treat pain that occurs after or before heart bypass surgery.

Who can?t take this
This medicine should not be used in patients allergic to Olfen 100 Sr, aspirin or other NSAIDs.
This medicine should not be given to patients with a history of asthma and hives.
