This product comes with a combination of Omega-3 EFA’s (Essential Fatty Acids) and vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid for greater benefits in healthy heart living.
The Omega-3 EFA’s are in the form of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which come in 360mg and 240mg respectively and these play a vital role for healthy nutrition for the heart most especially in the areas of cholesterol and triglycerides balance. Triglycerides are a type of fat your body stores in your fat cells for a later release of energy in between meals while cholesterol is a substance found in your blood to build healthy cell but which in excess can cause heart disease. Omega 3 EFAs have been known to aid good skin appearance, digestion, brain function, cell production and growth. In spite of all these benefits, the human body cannot self produce Omega-3 EFAs and so it becomes necessary to introduce them in the system as a dietary supplement in sufficient quantities to be released through digestion with food.
The combination of Omega-3 EFAs with folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 in this product gives and additional benefit to your homocystein levels which is significant in your blood vessel’s functioning. It is recommended that you take a dosage of two (2) capsules daily with a meal and a lot of liquid. Please do not chew.
