Food supplement based on selected extracts of valerian and passionflower useful in promoting natural relaxation and vitamin B6, an adjuvant in contributing to tiredness and fatigue.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Bulking agents: silicified microcrystalline cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium; passionflower ( passifloraincarnata l.) flowering plant dry extract titrated at 3.5% in vitexin, valerian ( valeriana officinalis l.) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in acidivalenics, sweet clover ( melilotus officinalis p.) herb with flowers dry extract titled 17% in coumarins, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6, melatonin; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silica dioxide.

How to use
