Powder of: bibhitaki (terminalia bellerica roxb.) Pericarpium; licorice (glycyrrhizaglabra l.) stolon; jatamansi (nardostachys jatamansi dc.) rhizoma vidarikand [puerariatuberosa (roxb. ex willd.) dc.] rhizoma; stabilizers: gum arabic; magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
2 tablets twice a day with warm water. It is possible to increase the dose and extend the intake at the discretion of your nutritionist advisor.
