Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and promotes night rest. The effect is obtained with the intake, before going to bed, of a Sleep-Plus tablet in which, in addition to melatonin, there are vitamin B6 and extracts of passionflower, valerian, griffonia, with relaxing properties in case of stress and with action synergistic with melatonin to improve sleep quality.
