Soya drink, the taste is made pleasant by the apple juice, while the addition of seaweed does not alter the taste of the milk, but makes it enriched with calcium. The consumption of a 250 ml glass provides 300mg of Calcium, equal to 37.5% of the recommended daily amount for an adult. Due to its total vegetable composition, it is the ideal drink for those who are intolerant to milk of animal origin, or who, due to their lifestyle, are directed to follow a vegetarian / vegan diet. Contains no added sucrose sugar. How to use During the heat treatment the drink is subjected to mechanical homogenization. This physical process, which aims to uniformly distribute the ingredients in the water without the use of chemical additives, takes place in full compliance with the production rules of organic food. Despite this, on some occasions, it may happen that the stabilization of the finished product is not perfect and that, with the passage of time, two phenomena may occur: Outcrop of the fat part of the soy (which by its nature is lighter than water) with the consequent formation of light corpuscles on the surface of the drink; Deposit of the solid component (soy) dispersed in the product with the formation of thickening.
