Indications:
food supplement consisting of the association of hydrolyzed collagen, glucosamine and methylsulfonylmethane, useful for filling food deficiencies or the increased needs of these nutrients. These substances play a positive role in the balance of cartilage tissue.

How to use:
it is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day on an empty stomach.

Warnings
it is recommended not to exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep in a cold and dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
